Overview
The June is a four-story, 24-unit apartment project shaped by a steeply sloping site and a limited parking area. RAD participated as both architectural designer and owner.
The Challenge
Maximizing the residential program required addressing a pronounced slope on one side of the building and securing sufficient parking.
Our Approach
RAD began with site diagrams and unit-count studies, then refined the parking strategy. Coordination with the neighboring property owner resulted in a shared-parking agreement that supported the development.
