Overview
Greenprint Gateway is a six-story, 150-unit mixed-use apartment project along Salt Lake City's TRAX line. The assignment called for adapting an existing development concept to a different site while giving it its own architectural identity.
The Challenge
The team needed to fit a repeat project concept onto a new parcel and avoid simply reproducing the earlier building's appearance.
Our Approach
RAD coordinated with the owner and city to secure the variances needed to advance the project, adapting the design to the site's requirements.
