Overview
9th Station is a four-story apartment complex in Salt Lake City - comprised of two 34 unit buildings for a total of 68 units - with an emphasis on one-bedroom residences .
The Challenge
The owner wanted to maximize the number of apartments on a compact site, that was originally associated with a single family home, without providing parking.
Our Approach
RAD began with property-line and unit-size diagrams, then developed a linear unit arrangement that informed the four-story building design.
