Overview
Queen Creek Storage is a seven-building self-storage project totaling approximately 101,000 square feet, with six single-story drive-up buildings and one three-story climate-controlled building.
The Challenge
Significant site topography and trees requiring relocation made the building layout and site work more complex.
Our Approach
RAD coordinated closely with civil and structural engineers to develop an approach responsive to the terrain, tree requirements, and storage program.
