Overview
Lehi Storage was a proposed three-story, 116,000-square-foot climate-controlled storage building. Although the concept did not proceed to construction, it illustrates the importance of testing site feasibility early.
The Challenge
A natural ravine would have required extensive fill, driving construction costs beyond what the development could support.
Our Approach
RAD prepared site-layout diagrams and a unit matrix so the owner could evaluate the building program and rentable square footage against the site's constraints.
