Overview
Marana Storage is a 91,000-square-foot facility distributed across ten buildings: eight single-story drive-up buildings and two single-story climate-controlled buildings.
The Challenge
The entitlement process required an extended period of coordination before the project could advance.
Our Approach
RAD began with site diagrams to test how the buildings could be arranged to make effective use of the property. After aligning the layout with the owner's goals, the team developed the architectural design.
