Overview
Plant City Storage is a 90,000-square-foot development across 11 buildings: ten single-story drive-up structures and one single-story climate-controlled building.
The Challenge
The presence of protected tortoises on the property interrupted early progress and required a relocation solution before work could continue.
Our Approach
RAD coordinated with the developer and landowner to establish the amount of land needed for the project and advance the site plan as the wildlife issue was addressed.
