Overview
RAD helped transform an early-1900s Kaysville building, vacant for years, into a new office environment. The work included restoring brick to the exterior, renovating interior spaces, and creating usable office space at the upper level.
The Challenge
The age and condition of the existing structure required careful evaluation before it could accommodate the intended office use.
Our Approach
RAD worked closely with the owner and structural engineer, adding a dormer to support upper-level office space and rebuilding the interior around the new program.
