Overview
Colony B is a five-story, 140-unit apartment development near Salt Lake City's FrontRunner line. The design responds to a narrow parcel and an ambitious residential program.
The Challenge
The developer wanted to achieve a high unit count within the limited site width.
Our Approach
RAD worked closely with the developer throughout design, refining the building to fit the site and residential requirements. Incline Architects assisted with the construction-document phase.
