Overview
This Bountiful office project refreshed both the exterior and interior of an older commercial building, giving an existing workplace a new lease on life.
The Challenge
The split-entry configuration created accessibility challenges, while available parking limited the options for modifying the building.
Our Approach
RAD worked closely with the building official to develop a renovation approach that responded to accessibility considerations without undermining the site's parking requirements.
