Overview
Two retail buildings in North Ogden accommodate different leasing needs: a 2,500-square-foot single-tenant building and a 4,400-square-foot building designed for three tenants. RAD completed the core-and-shell design for both.
Our Approach
Working from the owner's site plan and target square footage, RAD laid out the buildings to deliver the requested tenant configurations and building areas.
