Overview
This 3,600-square-foot retail building in Salem provides core-and-shell space for three tenants. The architecture was developed around the owner's program and the site's practical limits.
The Challenge
Providing sufficient parking while accommodating the desired retail area was the key site-planning consideration.
Our Approach
RAD used the site plan and owner's requirements to shape the building and coordinate a layout that considered both leasable space and parking needs.
