Overview
Designed for DC Customs and The Boat Shack, this building brings customer-facing retail space together with eight service bays for boats and vehicles. The project needed to support both sides of the business within one coordinated site and building plan.
The Challenge
Stormwater management was unusually complex and required coordination and agreements with neighboring property owners.
Our Approach
RAD began with the practical requirements: service-bay count, retail square footage, and the available site. Working directly with the owner, the team developed a layout tailored to how the business operates.
