Overview
South Ogden Townhomes is a 19-unit development of three-story residences, each designed with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The Challenge
The long, narrow parcel made it difficult to fit the intended number of homes while maintaining workable residential layouts.
Our Approach
RAD worked with the developer and city to refine the building arrangement and meet zoning requirements without losing the functional space needed within each townhome.
