Overview
Valencia at Divario is an 81-unit townhome community in St. George. Each unit is a two or three-story residence floor plan, all consisting of three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The Challenge
The site's varied topography required a building arrangement that could step with the terrain while maintaining a coherent residential character.
Our Approach
RAD worked with the developer and city to coordinate the townhome layout and building design around site conditions and project requirements.
