Overview
Gallacher Apartments is a five-story, 69-unit residential building along Salt Lake City's S-Line. RAD assumed the architectural assignment after another firm had begun the project.
The Challenge
Late-stage egress issues required changes to the ground floor, while nearby high-voltage power lines affected the design of one building elevation.
Our Approach
RAD worked with the owner and consultants to revise the architecture and resolve the building's technical constraints while moving the project forward.
