Overview
Indie Station is a four-story, 94-unit apartment development in Salt Lake City. The building's form grew out of an intensive early examination of the site and its access requirements.
The Challenge
Existing easements and required city access complicated how the property could be organized.
Our Approach
RAD developed multiple site diagrams to test circulation and building placement. Those studies directly informed the architectural design and led to a configuration the owner supported.
